March 2, 2012 Play Therapy with Adults 8:30-5 CE hrs 6.5
Description: This training will focus on how to incorporate play therapy into treatment with adult clients. How to introduce play to adult clients, how to overcome resistance and special considerations in using play therapy with adult clients will be presented.
Learning Objectives: 1. Participants will learn about how to conduct play therapy with adult clients. 2. Participants will learn about how to incorporate play therapy methods and techniques into a treatment plan. 3. Participants will learn about special considerations in using play therapy with adult clients. 4. Participants will learn about several play therapy techniques to use with adult clients.
March 3, 2012 Play Therapy with Couples 8:30-5 CE hrs 6.5
Description: This training will focus on incorporating play therapy methods and techniques into relationship and couples therapy. How to introduce play therapy to couples and how to overcome resistance will be discussed. Special considerations in using play therapy techniques and how to incorporate play therapy techniques into the treatment plan will be presented.
Learning Objectives: 1. Participants will learn about how to use play therapy in relationship and couples therapy. 2. Participants will learn about special considerations in deciding to use play therapy techniques with couples. 3. Participants will learn about how to introduce play therapy to couples. 4.
