order is received. Payment completes your registration process and will be
confirmed via email. Please make certain payments are
clearly marked with registrant's name and date of training. We
process hundreds of payments & registrations and cannot go through all our
records to match up payments with registrations. Please insure your payment is

Cancellation policy: KC Play
Therapy, LLC, requires in writing at least 14 days notice (prior to
training date) of cancellation of registration. Cancellations received in
writing 14 days prior to training date will receive a refund less a $30
administrative fee OR registrant may choose to receive a credit equal to
registration fee minus $20 administration fee. Credits issued are only good
through the end of the calendar year in which they are issued and no extensions
can be provided. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to
training date will received no refund or credit and no exceptions will be made
to this policy.
Some trainings and conferences may have special cancellation policies
which differ from above. These will be stated on printed brochures for
these events and are available from KC Play Therapy by request.
