PLAYTALKâ Video Classes

KC Play has video/dvd classes available for earning non-contact CE hrs or hours towards earning your RPT training hours.

Graduate credit available, too!

We can also offer graduate credit hours for these classes, if needed, for an additional fee. Each class earns one graduate credit hour and costs an additional $75 (plus one time $10 application fee).  Graduate credit is optional; it is only for those that want it.   See below for more information.

PLAYTALKâ Video Classes

How it works:

1. First you order the video, watch it and take notes with your written materials

2. Take a quiz on the video. A short quiz must be taken and passed with 70% to receive CE credits and verify you have viewed the video.

If you take the class for graduate credit you must write a short paper and submit your paper. Each class has a paper to write that must be done after the video has been viewed. The papers are 5-7 pages synthesis papers in which we ask you to practically apply what you learned in the class to your current or future work in the field of play therapy & mental health.  The class materials with each video class contain a syllabus for the class with the more detailed information on these papers, but they are simple papers, NOT research papers. This paper must be then submitted to us for review.

3. Upon receipt back of the quiz (or paper) and the video, your certificate of completion for your CE hours will be sent to you.  You have 30 days to complete the class from the time it is shipped to you.

Classes listed below in Video/DVD format are available for non-contact learning hours and eligible for CE hours in play therapy through our APT provider #99-067.  These classes provide 15 hours in CE credit.
