**$325 prior to Feb. 15, 2010**
**$375 after Feb. 15, 2010**
Participants will receive 21 hrs of training. We will complete 7 hours of training prior to departure at a hotel near the cruise port (cruise departure is 8:30 pm).
Information on this training site will be provided at a later date to registered participants. The remaining 14 hrs will be completed on the ship during the two “AT SEA” days.
Training fee is payable to KC Play Therapy and is billed separately from cruise rates.
**Training fee (listed above) for those booking within the KC Play Therapy cabin group with our group agent. If you choose to book a cabin on
your own, please add $200 to your training fee.

Cruise info:
We will cruise on the Serenade of the Seas with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. The cruise departs from San Juan, Puerto Rico and stops in ports of Aruba, Curacua, Dominica and St.
Thomas. See cruise itinerary below
We have only 15 cabins currently available for booking in our group.

**These cabin prices are only guaranteed through Feb. 15, 2010 . After that date, rates will be based on availability with
the cruise line.
A $500 cruise deposit is due at time of booking. See registration form for payment deadlines and cancellation rules & policies.
*If you need to book a triple or quad cabin, you will need to call the agent for pricing. We currently do not have any of these
held in our group and the agent will need to secure one and check availability of pricing for you.

to her with all the information completed. She will notify KC Play Therapy of your registration and we will contact you regarding training information and registration. Jen Williams
will handle all the cruise details.
